When will my order arrive?
Products are generally shipped from our international warehouses. Therefore, orders take about 1 to 4* weeks to reach you. However, you may receive your items earlier.
Shipping time typically depends on how long customs delivers the products, which can vary from country to country.
We offer Money Back Guarantee in case your item doesn´t arrive within 45 working days from dispatch.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Each order is processed within 24-48 hours after payment. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
As soon as we process your order, you will automatically receive a Tracking Number by e-mail. Please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you can´t find your dispatch e-mail or think you may have deleted it please contact us at email@example.com
How to search for products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?
Please contact our Customer Support team in our contact page to start the return process. Contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.
Please include the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or another packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care; we have no control over this.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next.
So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!
I need to cancel or change my order how do I do this?
If you would like to change or cancel your order then please do contact us as soon as possible.
We always try our best to help you. However, if your order has already been shipped then we can´t cancel or change your order. Our system is 100% automatic and each order is processed automatically after payment.
I did not receive my order, what should I do?
If you order has taken longer than 45 days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or your order will be resent. You can read more about our Money Back GuaranteeHERE.
I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update the delivery address. If the order has been shipped then, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK BOX folder so please do check there.

I was charged more than what the product was advertised?
All of our products are processed in USD. The price may be shown in your local currency when browsing but once you checkout it will revert into USD. Any additional charges you may see on your bank statement will be applied by your bank due to conversion fees and not by us. Also, any import/customs duty or VAT is liable with you (the customer) and not us (Fullness Life).
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
